As you may seen in our previous posts I have been associated with multiple NGOs who have been doing a fabulous job. One of NGOs , Rereeti is focusing on forgotten piece of history , world war 1. Did you know that India supplied the largest volunteer army for World War 1 and Bangalore ( part of erstwhile Mysore state ) contributed significantly to these efforts.
So I spent good part of my morning , running 21 kms around one of the most scenic and historic parts of Bangalore . It made me realise that many of structures are almost a century old and they make the city what it is.
Surely something worth preserving for , so please donate to help in the efforts to document and spread the word on Bangalore & WW1.
