What a push for diversity ! from Walmart eCommerce CEO Marc Lore .We have never seen gender ( if anything there is a bias that women can’t do certain roles) even come up for discussion in any hiring discussion. Another aspect of diversity is what industry person has worked , how long has the person worked ,which area have they worked. If you are a sales person from consulting , you will be only shortlisted for consulting sales jobs ( sorry boss, don’t even think of e-commerce or even industrial goods sales ! ) How can an industry grow , if one keeps dipping into similar pool of candidates ?
