Kudos to Tata Motors Mahindra Rise Hero MotoCorp Ltd Bajaj Auto Ltd Royal Enfield to encourage and add more women to shop floor. Key aspect for all these companies going forward would be to see more women grow into Managerial positions , while increasing the entry level jobs for women. Wonder if more women hires coincided with better workplace conditions ,child care and rehires post maternity leave?
